Retail Assistant

Location: TRX
Working Hours: 8–9 hours per day
Duration: 1-Month Contract

Job Description

  • Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
  • Support daily retail operations and sales activities.
  • Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and housekeeping standards.
  • Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management, and product organisation.
  • Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Support the retail team during promotional activities and peak periods.

Requirements

  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-groomed and presentable.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Able to commit to the full 1-month contract period.
