Job Description
- Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
- Support daily retail operations and sales activities.
- Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards.
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management.
- Ensure the store environment remains welcoming, organised, and customer-focused.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred.
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality.
- Well-groomed and presentable.
- Retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months.
- Available for immediate commencement and able to work through the end of June.
