Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, placement, and post-placement follow-up
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates
• Understand clients' hiring requirements and identify suitable talent solutions
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and manage active job portfolios

Requirements

• Fresh graduates in Social Sciences, Business, or related disciplines (CGPA 3.0 and above)
• Excellent communication skills with strong proficiency in English (Mandarin is an advantage)
• Strong interest in recruitment industry
• Results-oriented with a sales-driven mindset
• Proactive, motivated, and relationship-focused
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn
