Job Responsibilities

  • Accurately key in and update customer claims data into the system.

  • Verify documents and ensure all information is complete and correct.

  • Process and maintain records of claims in a timely manner.

  • Follow up with customers for missing details or clarification when needed.

  • Assist in preparing simple reports and daily administrative tasks.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Able to work independently with excellent attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
