Salary: RM2,800 – RM3,500/month (Depending on qualifications and experience)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Description

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally while delivering excellent customer service.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints confidently and effectively.
• Perform telesales activities for insurance products, including Auto Insurance and Credit Life Insurance.
• Promote the company's mobile application and encourage customer adoption of digital payment channels.
• Manage administrative tasks, including responding to inquiries from shared mailboxes.
• Support customer engagement initiatives and service improvement efforts.
• Perform relief duties and support team operations when required.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. On-the-job training will be provided.
• Candidates with telesales, customer service, or call center experience are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Customer-oriented with strong persuasion and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
