Job Description

• Prepare and maintain monthly execution reports.
• Process payments to suppliers, vendors, statutory bodies, and staff claims through online banking and cheque payments.
• Update and record journal entries in the accounting system.
• Perform monthly suspense account monitoring and bank reconciliations.
• Manage document imaging and filing processes.
• Ensure accounting records are maintained accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support the finance team with ad-hoc assignments and administrative duties as required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting, finance, or related role.
• Fresh graduates may be considered for junior-level positions.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with a positive and responsible attitude.
