Location: Aman Central, Alor Setar, Kedah
Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (will be updated if changed)
Duration: 15 June 2026 – 30 June 2026
Job Description
- Promote the company's Buy Now, Pay Later payment solution to shoppers.
- Educate customers on the features, benefits, and usage of the payment platform.
- Encourage customers to use the payment method during their purchases.
- Assist customers with basic inquiries and application processes.
- Represent the brand professionally and create a positive customer experience.
- Achieve daily engagement and activation targets.
- Provide feedback and report customer interactions to the team.
Requirements
- Good understanding of Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) services.
- Confident in promoting products and engaging with customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality.
- Comfortable approaching customers and initiating conversations.
- Sales, promoter, customer service, or brand ambassador experience is an advantage.
- Able to commit for the full campaign period from 15 June 2026 to 30 June 2026.
