Location: Intermark Mall, Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM3,200 – RM4,000/month
Additional Benefits: RM350 Shift Allowance + Transport Allowance
Working Hours: 8–9 hours per shift (Shift-based schedule)

Job Description

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide timely assistance through designated communication channels.
• Deliver professional and high-quality customer service while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer issues, concerns, and service requests efficiently.
• Accurately update customer information and records in the system.
• Follow established service standards, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Support operational and administrative tasks related to customer service functions.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally in English.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working on a shift schedule.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not required.
