Role Overview
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the hiring process for clients while supporting candidates in their career journey. The role combines recruitment, relationship management, sales, and business development.

Main Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates

• Understand clients' hiring requirements and recruitment challenges

• Match suitable candidates to available job opportunities

• Coordinate interviews and manage offer negotiations

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases

• Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates

Requirements

• Degree in Social Sciences, Business, or related disciplines

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous

• Interest in recruitment, consulting, and people-focused work

• Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset

• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn

Working Arrangement

• Monday to Friday

• 8:30am to 6:00pm

• Office located at Q Sentral, Kuala Lumpur
