Data Entry Officer

Description

Location: Wisma Chubb
Working Hours: 8–9 hours per day
Duration: 6-months contract

Job Description

  • Accurately key in and update customer claims data into the system
  • Verify documents and ensure all information is complete and correct 
  • Process and maintain records of claims in a timely manner 
  • Follow up with customers for missing details or clarification when needed 
  • Assist in preparing simple reports and daily administrative tasks 
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company procedures

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Able to work independently with good attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
