Data Entry Officer
Description
Location: Wisma Chubb
Working Hours: 8–9 hours per day
Duration: 6-months contract
Job Description
- Accurately key in and update customer claims data into the system
- Verify documents and ensure all information is complete and correct
- Process and maintain records of claims in a timely manner
- Follow up with customers for missing details or clarification when needed
- Assist in preparing simple reports and daily administrative tasks
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company procedures
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to work independently with good attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
