Location: APW Bangsar
Working Hours: 6–8 hours per day
Duration: More than 3 months
Job Description
- Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
- Support daily retail operations and sales activities.
- Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards.
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management.
- Work closely with team members to maintain a welcoming and professional retail environment.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality.
- Energetic, proactive, and customer-oriented.
- Comfortable engaging with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Well-groomed and presentable.
- Retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months.
Preference will be given to candidates with positive energy, strong people skills, and a professional attitude, as customer interaction and team culture are important aspects of the role.
