Job Description

  • Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
  • Support daily retail operations and sales activities.
  • Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards.
  • Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management.
  • Ensure the store environment remains welcoming, organised, and customer-focused.

Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Well-groomed and presentable.
  • Retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months.
  • Available for immediate commencement and able to work through the end of June.
