Job Responsibilities

Accurately key in and update customer claims data into the system.

Verify documents and ensure all information is complete and correct.

Process and maintain records of claims in a timely manner.

Follow up with customers for missing details or clarification when needed.

Assist in preparing simple reports and daily administrative tasks.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company procedures.
Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Able to work independently with excellent attention to detail.

Strong communication and organisational skills.
