Brand Ambassador

Company: Leading Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) Platform
Location: Aman Central, Alor Setar, Kedah
Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (will be updated if changed)
Duration: 15 June 2026 – 30 June 2026

Job Description

  • Promote the company's Buy Now, Pay Later payment solution to shoppers.
  • Educate customers on the features, benefits, and usage of the payment platform.
  • Encourage customers to use the payment method during their purchases.
  • Assist customers with basic inquiries and application processes.
  • Represent the brand professionally and create a positive customer experience.
  • Achieve daily engagement and activation targets.
  • Provide feedback and report customer interactions to the team.

Requirements

  • Good understanding of Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) services.
  • Confident in promoting products and engaging with customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality.
  • Comfortable approaching customers and initiating conversations.
  • Sales, promoter, customer service, or brand ambassador experience is an advantage.
  • Able to commit for the full campaign period from 15 June 2026 to 30 June 2026.
